Child Safety Policy

Zero Tolerance Policy: pleasy has a zero tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). As used herein, “Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation” and “CSAE” refer to any activity involving the abuse or exploitation of minors, including the production, distribution, or possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content, actions, or communications that involve or promote CSAE or CSAM in any form are strictly prohibited on this platform.

Prohibited Conduct: Users must not engage in, solicit, produce, distribute, or facilitate the creation or dissemination of any content that exploits, harms, or threatens to harm children. This includes, but is not limited to: Any form of child pornography (as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2256) or depictions of children in sexually explicit conduct. Any content that sexualizes minors or is intended to solicit personal information from minors. Engaging in activities or transmitting communications that victimize or intimidate minors in any way.

Reporting and Enforcement: Users are encouraged to report any suspected violations of this policy to pleasy through our designated reporting mechanisms. pleasy will review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include reporting to law enforcement agencies, removing content, and permanently banning users found to be involved in such activities. All reports are treated with strict confidentiality. pleasy will promptly review reports promptly and initiate investigations when necessary.

Legal Compliance: pleasy complies with all applicable laws concerning the protection of children, including cooperating with law enforcement agencies in their efforts to combat CSAE. Users are reminded that generating, sharing, or promoting CSAE material is illegal and subject to severe criminal penalties under local, state, federal, and international law. Users are responsible for ensuring that any content they upload, share, or engage with does not inadvertently contain or promote CSAE. pleasy has a legal obligation to report any detected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies, in compliance with the PROTECT Act (18 U.S.C. § 2258A).

Account Termination: pleasy reserves the right to terminate access to any user who violates this policy or any part of our Terms of Service related to prohibited content and behaviors, without prior notice.
